The Subject Of This Order Is The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of A High-Performance Liquid Chromatography System With A Triple Quadrupole Tandem Mass Spectrometer (Qqq), Intended For The Determination Of Pesticide Residues In Water, Along With Training For The Ordering Partys Employees. The Order, The Subject Of Which Is The Supply Of Specialized Analytical Equipment And Laboratory Equipment For The Provincial Sanitary And Epidemiological Station In Bydgoszcz, Was Divided Into Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure. This Procedure Covers Part I Of The Order, I.E. A Compatible High-Performance Liquid Chromatography System, Consisting Of The Elements Listed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. These Elements Form An Integral And Functionally Related System, Therefore Dividing Them Into Separate Parts In The Proceedings Would Be Unjustified From A Technical And Economic Point Of View. Therefore, The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Scope Of This Part Of The Order Is Standard, Enabling All Contractors To Submit An Offer, Including Contractors From The Group Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises. A Detailed Description Of The High-Performance Liquid Chromatography System With A Triple Quadrupole Tandem Mass Spectrometer (Qqq), Including Technical Requirements And Main Parameters Of The System, Delivery And Installation Conditions, Including The Expansion Of The Electrical Installation In The Laboratory Room, Acceptance Conditions, Warranty And Employee Training, As Well As Other Requirements Of The Ordering Party, Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Offered Subject Of The Order Should Be Brand New, Not Previously Used As A Demo Or Exhibition, Produced No Earlier Than In The First Quarter Of 2026, And Must Not Be Affected By Any Physical Or Legal Defect, In Particular Third-Party Rights. In Addition, The High-Performance Liquid Chromatography System With A Triple Quadrupole Tandem Mass Spectrometer (Qqq) Must Come From One Manufacturer And Be Delivered As A Complete Device Ready For Use Without The Need For The Ordering Party To Incur Additional Financial, Organizational Or Technical Outlays.
