The Federal Ministry For Research, Technology And Space (Bmftr) Promotes Research, Technologies And Space Travel In Germany. Science And Research, Innovations And New Technologies Are The Basis Of Future Prosperity. Together They Form The Basis For Economic Success And Progress, For Growth And Employment. Space Technologies And Their Applications Are Important Instruments Of The Modern Information And Industrial Society. As Part Of Its Constitutionally Recognized Mandate, The Bmftrs Government Public Relations And Specialist Information Is Aimed At Providing Targeted And Understandable Information About The Ministrys Work, Projects And Goals. State Actions Should Be Presented In A Comprehensible Manner And Enable Public Discussion On Them. Events, Trade Fair Participation And Exhibitions That Are The Subject Of This Order Are Used For This Purpose. Only Those Events, Trade Fair Participations And Exhibitions That Are Recognizable As Publicity Measures Fall Under This Mandate. Recognizable Publicity Measures Include Those That Are Aimed At A Broad Or General Public Or At Clearly Defined External Target Groups (E.G. Specialist Public, Associations, Multipliers, Media Or Interested Citizens) And Serve To Fulfill The Federal Governments Constitutionally Recognized Mandate To Inform The Public About Political Projects, Measures And Programs And To Explain Them.
