Prior Information Notice For Portable Computers – Cpasu/2026/04: Acquisition Of Lightweight Portable Devices With Advanced Features For Users Of The Mobile Office Of The Xiv Legislature Of The Madrid Assembly. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Provision Of Light Portable Devices For Mobile Office Users Of The Madrid Assembly, As Well As The Accessory Material That Is Necessary For Assistance And Support During The Term Of The Contract, In The Terms Detailed In The Technical Prescription Document. It Will Include The Provision Of 200 Ultralight Tablet Or Laptop Devices, With Their Corresponding Support Services, For Distribution To Mobile Office Users Of The Xiv Legislature. Devices Must Be Provided Ready For Use, With The Software Specified By The Assembly, Properly Activated, Installed And Properly Configured. This Contract Is Understood As A “Turnkey” Project. The Supply Of The Equipment Is Requested With Its Accessories, Complementary Materials And Initial Configuration And Distribution Services, As Well As Its Subsequent Support. The Successful Bidder Must Provide All The Necessary Means For Its Initial Distribution And Personalization Among Users. This Initial Distribution Will Be Made At The Assembly Headquarters.
