Software-Related Services – Provision Of Rights To Use Microsoft Software Products On A Subscription Basis. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Rights To Use Microsoft Software Products On A Subscription Basis. The Products Subject To The Contract Are Described In Appendix 3 - Price Proposal And In Table 1 In The Technical Specification, Part Of The Documentation. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Quantities Of The Requested Licenses For Each Calendar Year For Which The Respective Licenses Are Activated. The Maximum Period In Which The Contractor Should Provide The Employer With Access To The Licenses By E-Mail, Through The Contact Persons Of Both Parties, Is 10 (Ten) Working Days From The Date Of Commencement Of The Contract Term. For The Second And Third Years Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Sends An Order To The Contractor With The Corresponding Number Of Licenses Within 15 (Fifteen) Days Before The Expiration Of The Licenses From The Previous Year. After Receiving The Order From The Employer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Renew The Licenses Before Their Expiration. In The Same Period Described Above, The Contractor Shall Provide The Contracting Authority With A Document Issued By The Manufacturer Certifying The Validity Of The Licenses By Type And Volume According To This Section, For The Benefit Of The Contracting Authority. For The Document Submitted According To The Terms Of The Contract Under The Previous Article, The Parties To The Contract Sign An Acceptance-Handover Protocol Without Objections To The Validity Of The Licenses For A Period Of One Year. In Case Of Inconsistency Of The Granted Licenses, The Same Shall Be Noted In A Finding Protocol Drawn Up For The Purpose, With The Controlling Employee Of The Contracting Authority Setting A Deadline For The Contractor To Replace The Non-Conforming Licenses With Ones That Meet The Requirements Of This Contract. The Contractor Undertakes: To Provide Up-To-Date Versions Of The Products. To Provide Patches To Solve Specific Problems. To Provide Service - From Monday To Friday From 8:00 - 16:30, With A Response Time In Case Of Problems - 4 Hours. After Receiving A Request From The Contracting Authority By E-Mail, Phone, Or Incident And Problem Registration System, The Contractor Undertakes To Confirm In Writing (By E-Mail, Incident And Problem Registration System) That The Request Has Been Accepted And To Start A Procedure (Start The Execution Of The Necessary Activities) In Order To Eliminate The Problem. To Provide Technical Consultation/Assistance In Bulgarian By Phone, E-Mail Or On Site. Provide On-Site Technical Intervention To Resolve Technical Issues As Needed. Assist In Resolving Issues Or Escalating Issues For Resolution By The Manufacturer. To Ensure Within A Three-Day Period (Considered From The Date Of Signing The Contract) Access Of The Employer To The Official Website Of The Manufacturer. The Access Rights Must Enable Inquiries About The Status Of All Microsoft Products And Related Services Used By The Assignee, As Well As Receiving Updates And New Versions Of The Products.
