C. Has A Current Entry On The List Of Municipal Installations Referred To In The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). D. Has A Permit From The Minister Of Agriculture And Rural Development To Introduce A Fertilizer Or An Agent Supporting Plant Cultivation On The Market, Issued Pursuant To Art. 4 Section 2 Of The Act Of July 10, 2007 On Fertilizers And Fertilization (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 105). 3) Economic Or Financial Situation; 4) Technical Or Professional Capacity.
