Agrarian Tires - Supply Through The Purchase Of Tires For Agricultural Machines And For Machines For Carrying Out Excavation And Bulk Works (Including The Installation Of New Tires, Including Repair, Installation And Dismantling Of Used Tires), For The Needs Of The Utsdp - Tp Dgs - Asenovgrad For A Period Of 24 Months. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes: - Delivery Of New Outer Tires Of Agricultural Machines, Depending On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority, Including Dismantling Of Old Ones, Installation, Valve Replacement Of New Tires; - Repair Of Old Damaged Tires For Agricultural Machines (Installation, Disassembly, Gluing, Straightening Of Rims, Etc.) Depending On The Needs Of The Employer. Example Description Of Used Tires/Services For Agricultural Machinery - In Technical Specification (Appendix No. 5 Of The Participation Documentation): Tires Supplied Must Be Of High Quality, New And Unused, Suitable For The Relevant Make And Type Of Agricultural Machinery And Manufactured In One Of The Specified Years - 2024, 2024, 2026 Or Later. Tires/Services (Installation, Disassembly, Removal, Loading, Gluing, Straightening Of Rims, Etc.) Must Be Delivered/Performed Within 10 Working Days, Counted From The Request Of The Contracting Party. All Costs Related To Delivery Are At The Expense Of The Contractor. Transportation In Connection With The Repair Of Old Damaged Tires Is Carried Out By Transport And At The Expense Of The Contractor. The Warranty Period Of The Delivered Tires Is In Accordance With The Manufacturers Warranty, But Not Less Than 12 Months And Starts Running From The Date Of The Invoice For The Delivery. The Contracting Party Is Not Obliged To Declare All Described Types Of Tires And Services, And Is Not Obliged To Spend The Declared Financial Resource. In The Event That Tp Dgs - Asenovgrad Manages Newly Acquired Agricultural Machinery From The Utcd During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Tires, Dismount, Install, Straighten Rims For The Newly Acquired Agricultural Machinery As Well.
