The Investitionsbank Berlin (Ibb) Needs A New Tool For It Service Management And The Configuration Management Database (Itsm & Cmdb) And Will Introduce The Solution From The Manufacturer Atlassian. A Framework Agreement Is To Be Obtained With A Company For A Period Of Four Years. For This, The Ibb Needs Support And Advice. The Support Includes License Determination, The Introduction Project And Other Development Measures. In Addition, The Licenses Should Be Transmitted.
