Snow-Clearing Services – Winter Maintenance Of Roads, Parking Bays, Parking Lots And Bus Bays In The City Of Piła In The Winter Season 2026/2027. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is Winter Maintenance Of Provincial, District And Municipal Roads In The City Of Piła In The Winter Season 2026/2027, Consisting Of Mechanical And Manual Snow Removal, As Well As Eliminating Slipperiness On The Road, Parking Bays, Parking Lots And Bus Bays. The Order Also Includes The Transport Of Dirt, Snow And Ice To A Landfill Or Other Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. 2. It Is Expected That Orders For Similar Services Will Be Awarded To The Current Contractor Pursuant To Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law. Including: 1) 3 Additional Mechanical And Manual Clearing Of Snow From The Road, Parking Bays, Parking Lots And Bus Bays With Simultaneous Sprinkling, 2) 3 Additional Sprinkles Of Salt On The Road, Parking Bays, Parking Bays And Bus Bays. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1. 3. Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code. 4. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Implementation And Enforcement Of The Employment Requirement Based On An Employment Relationship Are Specified In The Draft Agreement (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz). 5. The Contractor As A Waste Producer Within The Meaning Of Art. 3 Section 1 Point 32 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012. On Waste Is Obliged To Manage Waste Generated During The Implementation Of The Task In Accordance With The Waste Act And The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities And Resolution No. Xxxiv/346/20 Of The Piła City Council Of November 24, 2020 On The Adoption Of The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The City Of Piła. 6. During The Implementation Of The Task, The Contractor Will Have The Rights To Perform Specific Activities Or Activities, If The Law Imposes An Obligation To Have Them. During The Implementation Of The Above Task, The Contractor Must Be Included In The Register Of Waste Management Entities (Bdo), In Accordance With Art. 50 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Waste Act. 7. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide A Policy Or Other Insurance Document For At Least Pln 500,000.00 Confirming That He Is Insured Against Civil Liability In The Scope Of His Business Activities Related To The Subject Of The Contract For A Period Not Shorter Than From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 8. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of The Said Evidence.
