The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Implementation Of The Registry System Under The Conditions Of Eximbanka, The Procurement Of The Licenses Necessary For The Use Of This System, And After The Completion Of The Implementation, Support And Further Development Of The System According To The Needs Of The Bank. The Functioning Of The System Must Be In Accordance With The Currently Valid Legislation For Registry Systems. The Offered System Must Be Certified By The Ministry Of The Interior Of The Slovak Republic And Listed In The Current Version Of The List Of Certificates Issued By The Ministry Of The Interior Of The Slovak Republic With A High Compliance Level. The Proposed Way Of Implementing And Operating The System Must Ensure That The Vendor Lock-In Problem Does Not Arise; So Copyrights Must Also Be Part Of The Delivery To The Extent That In The Future The System Will Be Operated In Cooperation With Another Supplier. The System Offered By The Bidder Must Meet All The Requirements Stated In This Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including Other Documents To Which Reference Is Made. The Expected Benefits Of The Implementation Of This Project Are The Digitization Of Most Internal Processes Related To The Circulation Of Documents, An Increase In The Overview Of The Status Of Documents In Processing And A More Efficient Search In Files, Records And Documents.
