The Subject Of This Award Is The Testing And Maintenance Of Fire Extinguishers With The Possibility Of Extension As Well As The Additional Necessary Services, Such As Replacements Or Fillings, During The Term Of The Contract; No Later Than 4 Years After The Start Of The Contract. Based On The Existing Location List, The Data Recorded Must Be Updated As The Service Is Provided. Maintenance And Testing Of All Fire Extinguishers Must Be Completed Within Six Months; November 2026 To April 2027 Inclusive. Extraordinary Replacement Procurement And Filling Of Fire Extinguishers Outside Of Testing And Maintenance Will Be Called Up As Necessary. Around 4,800 Fire Extinguishers Must Be Planned As Part Of The Initial Testing And Maintenance (Mandatory By The Beginning Of Q2 2027). Additional Fire Extinguishers May Be Added For The Second Cycle (In 2028/2029), As Further New Buildings At The University Of Münster Could Be In The Process Of Being Completed.
