The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery Of A Brand New Medium-Sized Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A 4X4 Drive, Hereinafter Referred To As The Vehicle, 2) Delivery Of The Necessary Technical Description (In Polish), 3) Delivery Of The Manual Required For Operation In Polish And A Set Of Necessary Documents Together With The Order For Registration Of The Vehicle, 4) Training Of Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Operation Of The Vehicle And Equipment That Is The Subject Of The Contract. The Costs Of All Materials Necessary To Conduct The Training Are Borne By The Contractor. 3.
