The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes: Delivery Of A New Highly Specialized Ultrasound Device For Obstetrics, Gynecology And Fetal Medicine, Assembly, Installation, Commissioning, Performance Of Preliminary Tests And Functional Tests; On-Site Training Of Medical Specialists Designated By The Employer; Providing The Necessary Technical Documentation, Certificates Of Conformity And Operating Instructions In Bulgarian; Warranty Maintenance And Delivery Of The Necessary Parts And Materials, Within The Warranty Period. The Public Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Main Activities: - Delivery Of A Highly Specialized Ultrasound Device For Obstetrics, Gynecology And Fetal Medicine To Mc Lozenets Eood, With Address: Sofia, Koziak Street No. 1; - Assembly, Installation And Commissioning; - Performing Preliminary Tests And Functional Tests; - Training Of Medical Specialists, Designated By The Employer, At The Place Of Work; - Provision Of The Necessary Technical Documentation, Certificates Of Conformity And Operating Instructions In Bulgarian; - Warranty Maintenance And Delivery Of The Necessary Parts And Materials, Within The Warranty Period. The Minimum Warranty Period Is Not Less Than 24 (Twenty-Four) Months Full Warranty. The Term Of Delivery Is No More Than 60 (Sixty) Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of The Assignment Letter From The Employer. The Term For Installation, Adjustment, Trial Testing, Commissioning Is No More Than 10 (Ten) Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of Delivery Of The Equipment. The Training Of The Medical Specialists Must Be Carried Out Within 5 (Five) Calendar Days, Starting From The Date Of Installation, Settings, Technical Testing And Commissioning Of The Delivered Medical Equipment And Should Last 5 (Five) Working Days, According To A Previously Agreed Schedule With The Contracting Authority. At The Time Of The Announcement Of The Public Procurement, Its Financing Has Not Been Secured, Therefore The Contract Will Be Concluded Under The Condition, In Accordance With Art. 114 Of The Civil Code.
