The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Three Medical Monitors, I.E. Aio Medical Computers For The Needs Of Pro-Medica W Ełk Sp. Z O.O. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Order Is Indivisible. Due To The Need To Ensure Technical Compatibility, System Coherence, Uniform Standard And Ensuring Uniform Configuration While Maintaining Component Safety Standards, The Ordering Party Plans To Purchase Three Medical Monitors, I.E. Aio Medical Computers Referred To In Section 1 Of This Chapter, Without Dividing The Product Range Into Parts. The Subject Of The Order Indicated Above Should Be Functionally And Technically Consistent. The Project In Question Envisages The Purchase Of Three Medical Monitors, I.E. Aio Medical Computers In The Form Of One Cost Category That Is Not Separated Into Parts, Which Is Another Reason Justifying The Lack Of Division Of The Subject Proceedings Into Parts. Moreover, The Equipment Constituting The Subject Of This Order Can Be Offered By A Wide Range Of Contractors, Because It Constitutes One Group Of Equipment Offered On A Daily Basis In It Stores And Wholesalers. 3. In Addition To The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Assortment Offered By The Contractor And The Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Must Be Consistent With The Dnsh Principle - Meaning The Principle Of Do No Serious Damage Within The Meaning Of Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council. 4. The Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities And The Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Specified In Detail In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 5.
