Development Of A Proposal For Comprehensive Land Adjustments (Kopú) In The Jedousov District And In The Following Parts Of The Choltice, Mokošín, Poběžovice U Přelouče, Štěpánov U Přelouče And Tupesa U Přelouče Districts, Including The Necessary Surveying Activities In The Accuracy Class Intended For The Renewal Of The Cadastral Record And The Preparation Of Documentation For The Introduction Of The Kopú Results Into The Real Estate Cadastre And Delineation Of The Boundaries Of New Plots Of Land. The Proposal Will Serve As A Basis For The Branchs Decision On The Approval Of The Proposal For Complex Land Improvements And The Decision On The Exchange Or Transfer Of Ownership Rights, The Determination Of The Amount Of Payment And The Deadline According To § 10, Paragraph 2 Of Act No. 139/2002 Coll., Or On The Establishment Or Cancellation Of An Easement On The Land In Question. The Expected Size Of The Area To Be Dealt With Is Approx. 271 Ha (Including A Reserve Of 2 Ha).
