Bim Berliner Immobilienmanagement Gmbh Intends To Award Services For External Storage And Management Of Various Archive Units. These Consist Of Various File Units In Paper Form, Including Integrated Data Carriers On Cd-Rs, Microfilms, Security Tapes And Magnetic Tapes. A Total Volume Of Currently Approx. 53,000 Archive Units (Pcs/Ae). The Scope Of The Order Consists Of The One-Off Initial Takeover Of Currently Approx. 53,000 Archive Units (Pcs/Ae) Stored In Cardboard Boxes From The Location Of The Two Current Contractors. As Well As The Initial Removal Of Around 3,000 Archive Units (Pcs/Ae) From The Bim Site Every 1 To 2 Years, And The Annual Collection Of Around 4,500 Archive Units (Pcs/Ae). The Advertised Services Are Services That Are To Be Provided On Demand. A Framework Contract Is Therefore Advertised Without Any Entitlement To A Fixed Order Volume. The Quantities Listed In The List Of Services Are Assumed Quantities Based On Experience Over The Last Few Years. In This Tender They Are Only Used For Calculation And Evaluation. There Is No Claim To The Specified Quantities. All Offer Items Must Be Calculated Individually. The Recording And Acceptance Of The Files Begins On December 1St, 2026. The Contract Period Is 4 Years. The Contract Ends On November 31, 2030.
