The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Development Of A Set Of Project Documentation (Hereafter Referred To As Pd), Where The Resulting Stage Will Be The Pd For Construction Implementation. The Subject Of The Performance Will Also Be The Complete Provision Of Engineering Activities, Cooperation In The Awarding Procedure Of The Public Contract For The Implementation Of The Construction Works In Question And The Performance Of The Authors Supervision For The Implementation Of Subsequent Construction Actions. Part Of The Pd Processing Will Be The Provision Of All Necessary Surveys Beyond The Scope Of The Provided Documents (Including Measurement Of The Current State Of The Buildings, Geodetic Surveying Of The Affected Area Including Technical Infrastructure, Digitization And Measurement Of The Documents, Structural Engineering Survey, Static Survey, Etc.). The Pd Will Also Include The Preparation Of Energy Assessments And All Necessary Studies Such As Noise Studies, Insolation Assessment, Etc., And The Provision Of All Necessary Survey Work For The Location And Structural Solution Of The Building, Such As Hydrogeological, Geological Survey, Radon Survey, Etc. The Statement Of Dimensions And The Budget Of The Pd Will Be Divided According To Individual Building Objects, Operational Sets And, According To The Need For Dividing The Clients Investment Costs.
