Construction Work – Vrå Varmeværk - Establishment Of Approx. 5.2 Mw Air/Water Heat Pump Plant And Building - Turnkey Contract. In This Tender, The Ordering Party Wishes To Obtain Offers For Establishing A Complete Air/Water Heat Pump System Ready For Operation. The Heat Pump System Must Use Outside Air As A Heat Source And Must Use The Natural, Non-Toxic And Non-Flammable Refrigerant, Co2. The Heat Pump System And All Other Components And Equipment Must Be Fitted Into A New Building, Included In This General Contract. The Building And All Other Facilities And Equipment Must Be Prepared For The Establishment Of +50% Heat Pump Capacity Carried Out Either As An Option Or As A Future Contract. The Heat Pump System, Pumps, Instrumentation And Main And Control Panels Must Be Placed Appropriately And Safely For Operation. In Addition To The Machine Room, The Building Must Contain A Garage, A Welfare Room (Office And Toilet/Bathroom) And A Material Hall. In Addition, The General Contractor In This General Contract Must Supply And Establish A Septic Tank, Water And Electricity Supply In Accordance With Contract Limits, Including The Establishment Of A Switching System And Transformer Capacity To Supply The Heat Pump System. The Work Includes All Services And Related Work In Connection With The Specified Works, Including, But Not Limited To, Detailed Design Of The Complete Facility, Construction Management, Quality Management, Coordination With The Ordering Partys Deliveries And Including Sro Supplier.
