The Subject Of The Tender Is The Supply Of Electrical Energy (Green Electricity) To Various Purchase Points Of Lower Saxony Municipalities, Associations And Municipal Companies In The Hanover District. The Type And Scope Of The Service Can Be Found In The Service Description And The Other Tender Documents. The Delivery Period Begins On January 1St, 2027, 00:00 A.M. And Ends On December 31St, 2028, Midnight. The Delivery Period Is Therefore Two Years. The Specific Delivery Start Date For Individual Collection Points May Differ From The Stated Delivery Period. The Information In The Service Description And Its Appendices (In Particular The Collection Point Overview) Are Decisive In This Respect. Unless Otherwise Stated In The Service Description Or Its Appendices, The Respective Delivery Start Date Is January 1, 2027, 00:00. The Delivery Covers A Total Of Around 1,377 Collection Points. The Forecast Reference Consumption Is: • For The Year 2027: 24,119,853 Kwh/A • For The Year 2028: 24,145,501 Kwh/A The Admission Requirement Is That The Electricity To Be Supplied Comes Exclusively From Renewable Sources. This Includes Electricity Generation From Hydropower, Including Wave, Tidal, Salt Gradient And Current Energy, As Well As From Wind Energy, Solar Radiation Energy, Geothermal Energy Or From Biomass, Such As Biogas, Landfill Gas And Sewage Gas. This Also Includes The Biodegradable Portion Of Waste From Households And Industry. Electricity From Generating Plants That Use Fossil Fuels (E.G. Coal Or Gas) Or Nuclear Energy Is Not Permitted. For Further Details, Please Refer To The Statements In The Service Description. The Acceptance Points Of The Participants Were Divided Into 5 Regional And Individual Lots By The Tendering Authority. For The Detailed Description Of The Lots, Please Refer To The Lot Description Attached As Appendix 1.4 To The Service Description. The Bidder Can Submit Bids For One Lot, Several Lots Or All Lots. The Surcharge Can Be Made Per Lot.
