Support Is Expected In Cross-Project Partner Monitoring, Moderation And Documentation Of Meetings, Development Of Solutions To Plan Changes And Communication And Coordination With The Project Sponsor (Dlr). The Detailed Tasks Are Determined Based On Needs In Close Coordination With And In Accordance With The Project Management. External Project Management Is Primarily Responsible For Coordinating And Promoting The Collaboration Of All Project Partners And The Associated Information And Knowledge Management. The Consulting And Support Services Provided By External Project Management Should Be Available As Required Over The Entire Project Period Plus 6 Months (In The Event Of Plan Changes Or Project Extensions) To The Extent Of Approximately 221 Working Days (8 Hours Each). The Need For Support Will Amount To Around 40% Of The Total Volume In The First Year.
