Diesel Fuel – Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Diesel Fuel. The Subject Of The Procurement Procedure Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement In The Sense Of § 131 Et Seq. Of The Act On The Awarding Of Public Contracts, The Subject Of Which Will Be The Conditions For The Awarding Of Specific Public Contracts For The Supply Of Diesel Fuel. Public Contracts Will Be Awarded With The Resumption Of Competition Between The Participants Of The Framework Agreement. The Competition Will Take Place According To The Rules Set Out In The Framework Agreement, The Model Of Which Is Annex No. 3 Of The Procurement Documentation Published On The Contracting Authoritys Profile (Nen).
