The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Unused, Technically Efficient, Safe, Compliant With Applicable Norms And Quality Standards, Complete And Ready For Use, And Must Meet The Minimum Technical, Functional And Quality Requirements Specified In The Tender Documentation. 5. The Possible Names (Trademarks), Standards, Ratings And Technical Specifications Provided By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Exemplary, And Their Indication Is Intended To Determine The Expected Standard, And The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4, 5, 6 Of The Act On Public Procurement In Connection With Art. 99 Upzp. If Specific Standards, Assessments And Technical Specifications Are Indicated In The Procedure Documentation, The Ordering Party Informs That It Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions Described By These Standards. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate In The Offer - In Particular By Means Of Evidence - That The Supplies He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
