To Finland. 2. Place Of Order Fulfillment: Finland. 3. The Off-Site Networking Meeting Will Be Held On (To Be Chosen By The Contractor): Between November 15, 2026 And November 20, 2026. (Period Of 5 Days, Including Departure From Poland And Return To Poland), Provided That One Of The Days Will Be Devoted To Participation In The Slush 2026 Event, Which Takes Place Between November 18-19, 2026. 4. The Ordering Party Assumes The Maximum Number Of People Participating In The Away Networking Meeting - 15 People. The Number Of Participants May Be Reduced To A Minimum Of 10 People. To Calculate The Gross Offer Price, The Contractor Assumes The Maximum Number Of Visit Participants, I.E. 15 People, While Settlements Will Be Based On The Actual Number Of Visit Participants. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About The Final Number Of Participants In The Visit No Later Than 5 Days After Concluding The Contract. 5. The Contractors Tasks Will Include, Among Others: 1) Logistic Support For The Visit, 2) Organization And Handling Of Study Visits To Indicated Institutions In Sopz, 3) Handling The Visit In Terms Of Providing Flights And Luggage, 4) Handling The Visit In Terms Of Land Transport, 5) Handling The Visit In Terms Of Providing Accommodation And Meals, 6) Handling The Visit In Terms Of Providing A Substantive Supervisor And Consecutive Translation, 7) Providing Tickets Admission, 8) Participants Insurance. 6. Settlements Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor Will Be Made In Polish Zlotys.
