Work Detail
Furniture – Delivery Of Non-Medical And Medical Equipment And Furniture For The Neonatology And Neonatal Intensive Care Clinic. I. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Non-Medical And Medical Equipment And Furniture For The Neonatology And Neonatal Intensive Care Clinic. A Detailed Description And Method Of Order Execution Are Included In The Assortment And Price Table, Annex No. 2 To The Swz And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Annex No. 3 To The Swz, And The Contract Template, Annex No. 5 To The Swz. Ii. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Dividing The Order Into Parts Is Not Justified For Organizational, Technical And Functional Reasons. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Comprehensive Equipment Intended For One, Strictly Defined Organizational Unit - The Neonatology And Neonatal Intensive Care Clinic. The Scope Of The Order Includes Both Medical And Non-Medical Equipment, As Well As Furniture That Functionally Serves To Ensure The Proper Equipment And Organization Of The Clinics Usable Space. These Elements Are Interconnected In Terms Of The Purpose Of The Order, I.E. Preparation Of A Complete And Ready-To-Use Facility For A Specialist Department. The Ordering Party Assessed The Impact Of The Possible Division Of The Order Into Parts On The Course Of The Order Execution And The Achievement Of Its Goal. As A Result Of The Analysis, It Was Found That Dividing The Order Into Parts Could Jeopardize The Timely Execution Of The Order And The Launch Of The Clinics Activities By Increasing Organizational And Technical Risk, In Particular In Terms Of Coordination Of Deliveries, Assembly, Arrangement Of Individual Elements Of Equipment, As Well As Responsibility For The Correct Implementation Of The Order In The Event Of Cooperation Between Different Contractors. Moreover, It Should Be Indicated That The Subject Of The Contract Has Been Described In A Way That Ensures Compliance With The Principles Of Fair Competition And Equal Treatment Of Contractors. The Contracting Authority Has Not Specified Any Requirements That Would Unjustifiably Limit The Group Of Potential Contractors (The Subject Of The Contract Is Widely Available On The Market), And The Contract Execution Model Used Remains Proportional To Its Purpose And Nature. Taking Into Account The Above Circumstances, The Ordering Party Decided That The Execution Of The Order Under One Procedure And One Contract Would Ensure The Most Effective, Economical And Expedient Execution Of The Order, Limit The Risks Related To The Coordination Of Implementation And Allow For Obtaining Complete Equipment For The Neonatology And Neonatal Intensive Care Clinic In A Timely Manner And In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Requirements. Iii. Pursuant To Art. 13 Section 1 And Section 2 And Art. 14 Section 1 And 2 Of Regulation (Eu) 2016/679 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 27 April 2016 On The Protection Of Natural Persons With Regard To The Processing Of Personal Data And On The Free Movement Of Such Data, And Repealing Directive 95/46/Ec (General Data Protection Regulation) (Oj Eu. L. Of 2016, No. 119, Page 1) (Gdpr), We Would Like To Inform You On The Principles Of Personal Data Processing In The Event That The Ordering Party Processes
