The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Residing In The Kowala Commune And From Pszok In Kosovo From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To October 31, 2029, Provided That: - Preparatory Works Will Last 14 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, And The Waste Collection And Management Service Will Last From November 1, 2026 To October 31, 2029. (Due To The Contract In Force Until October 31, 2026) - In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733) And The Provisions Of The Applicable Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Kowala Commune. The Ordering Party Reserves That If The Tender Procedure Is Prolonged And There Is No Legal Possibility To Select The Contractor By October 15, 2026. – The Date Of Commencement Of The Waste Collection And Management Service Will Be After The 14-Day Preparation Period. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 9 To The Swz, Which Is Also Annex No. 2 To The Contract.
