The Subject Of This Order Is: Delivery, Installation, Commissioning And Training In The Operation Of A Complete High-Performance Liquid Chromatography System With A Triple Quadrupole (Qqq) Tandem Mass Spectrometer, Intended For The Determination Of Pesticide Residues In Food In Accordance With The Requirements Of Sante/11312/2021V2026 For The Provincial Sanitary And Epidemiological Station In Bydgoszcz. The Order Has Not Been Divided Into Parts, Therefore The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. All Devices Listed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz, Are To Create A Compatible System For High-Performance Liquid Chromatography. Dividing The Order Into Parts Would Involve The Risk Of Obtaining Less Favorable Price Conditions, Which Would Generate Excessive Costs Of Order Execution. Furthermore, Warranty And Service Management Would Be Significantly More Difficult. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Order Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Execution Of The Order And Its Logistic Implementation. If The Order Was Divided Into Parts, The Order Processing Time Would Be Significantly Longer. The Scope Of The Order Is Standard, Enabling All Contractors To Submit An Offer, Including Contractors From The Group Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises. The Offered Subject Of The Order Should Be Brand New, Not Previously Used As A Demo Or Exhibition, Produced No Earlier Than In The First Quarter Of 2026, Must Not Be Affected By Any Physical Or Legal Defect, In Particular It Is Not Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties. In Addition, The High-Performance Liquid Chromatography System With A Triple Quadrupole Tandem Mass Spectrometer (Qqq) Must Come From One Manufacturer And Be Delivered As A Complete Device Ready For Use Without The Need For The Ordering Party To Incur Additional Financial, Organizational And Technical Outlays. The Delivered Equipment Must Meet All Parameters And Quality Requirements Presented By The Contractor In The Offer Submitted In The Tender And Required By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
