In Accordance With The Detailed Description, Types And Quantities Determined In The Technical Specifications In Accordance With The Types Of Vehicles (Type 1 - 5), The Cost List, The Description Of The Subject Of Procurement And This Procurement Documentation. Vehicles That Will Be Rented At The Time Of Collection Must Be New (Year Of Manufacture 2026), Registered, Insured, Washed, With A Mileage Of Up To 1,000 Km And With A Full Tank Of Fuel. Except At The Time Of Collection, The Vehicles Must Be Registered And Insured For The Entire Duration Of The Contract. The Bidder Must Offer Technically Correct And Undamaged Vehicles, Suitable For Use With All Associated Equipment Prescribed By The Ordinance On Technical Conditions Of Vehicles In Road Traffic (Official Gazette No. 85/16, 24/17, 70/19, 60/20 And 79/23, 5/25) As Well As Accompanying Documentation.
