The Pkc Supports The Client In Particular In Monitoring Cost And Schedule Developments As Well As Through Project-Related Plausibility Checks Of The Cost Documents And Invoices Submitted By The Contractor. In Addition, The Pkc Assesses The Project Progress Using Suitable Controlling Instruments, Develops Early Warning Indicators For Cost And Schedule Deviations And Makes Technical Recommendations For Action To The Client.
