He Takes Over Order Processing From The Manufacturers, Tracking Deadlines And Backlogs, And Bundling Individual Deliveries Into Complete Sieves. Delivery To The Client Is Complete For Each Screen Title; Partial Deliveries Of Individual Screen Titles Are Only Permitted With The Prior Written Consent Of The Client. Foreseeable Delivery Delays Must Be Reported Immediately, Stating The Expected New Delivery Date. 2) Master Data: Provision And Maintenance Of The Article Master Data As Well As Creation And Maintenance In The Vivantes Instrument Management System (Instacountplus). 3) Pre-Assembly: The Sieves Are Delivered Pre-Assembled Ready For Installation. 4) Preparation And Washing: The Instruments Are Pre-Cleaned Before Assembly (Pre-Washing). After Packing, Each Sieve Is Fully Processed A Second Time; This Includes Cleaning, Disinfection, Functional Testing, Care, Packaging And Sterilization In The Contractors Validated Process. The Sieves Are Delivered In Such A Way That They Can Be Used Immediately In The Operating Room Without Any Further Processing Steps By The Client. 5) Delivery: Delivery And Logistics By The Contractor. 6) Logistical Packing Lists: Creation Of Packing Lists For Each Delivery Or Per Sieve And Import Into Instacountplus In Accordance With Section 1.2.
