The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale Of Electricity In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 To The Warsaw Purchasing Group, Consisting Of Organizational Units Of The Capital City Of Warsaw And Other Entities That Have Concluded An Agreement With The City, And The Purchase Of Electricity Generated In The Generating Units Indicated By The Ordering Party And Introduced Into The Dsos Electricity Network. The Order Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of A Framework Agreement And Executive Agreements, Signed Separately By Each Of The Ordering Parties, Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Framework Agreement, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Will Award Executive Orders To The Contractor Pursuant To Art. 311 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law.
