Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and Memorandum of Association. d. The organization must have employed at least 10 staff members (including managers) over the past three years. e. Bank Introductory letter letter specifying account number not later than three months f. Minimum of two references of previous similar jobs with values that add up to minimum of NGN 50,000,000.00. g. Evidence of Tax payment for 2023, 2024 and 2025 or more recent with a minimum average annual turnover of NGN 88,412,500.00 (50,000 EUR). h. Technical Expertise: Expertise in Software Development, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, AI and/or Machine Learning. i. Relevant Experience: Proven delivery of comparable ICT skills project. j. Programme Delivery: Experience designing and delivering industry-aligned ICT training programmes. k. Industry Engagement: Experience partnering with industry, academia, or innovation ecosystems. l. Cross-Cutting Capacity: Experience integrating GESI, disability inclusion, quality assurance, and MEL into ICT initiatives.
