Request for proposals for Development of Four Interactive Web Applications and Enhancement of the YPlus Digital Platform. Service Location: Ramallah, Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Hebron, Nablus, Jenin The Palestinian Vision Organization (PalVision) invites proposals from qualified web development companies, digital agencies, studios and service providers for the Development of Four Interactive Web Applications and Enhancement of the YPlus Digital Platform. The assignment aims to develop innovative and engaging digital experiences primarily targeting European audiences, while enhancing the existing YPlus digital platform to establish a dedicated and maintainable digital content hub for multimedia materials, campaign tools and the four interactive applications. Main Scope of Work Design and develop four interactive web applications. Develop audience-centred UX/UI and interactive user journeys. Support multilingual content, including English, Arabic, French and Italian where applicable. Enhance the existing YPlus digital platform and establish a dedicated Digital Content Hub. Integrate the four interactive applications within the YPlus platform. Ensure responsive design, accessibility, performance, security and cross-browser/device compatibility. Conduct testing, deployment and quality assurance. Provide source code, editable files, technical documentation and complete handover to PalVision. Required Qualifications Legally registered company, agency, digital studio or qualified service provider. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in web development, digital product development, interactive media or website/CMS enhancement. Portfolio demonstrating at least three relevant completed web or interactive digital products, preferably including platform/CMS or content-hub experience. Availability of a qualified Technical Lead / Lead Developer with relevant web-development and platform-integration experience. Demonstrated UX/UI, responsive development, multilingual/RTL, testing, security and deployment capacity. Implementation Period The maximum implementation period is six weeks from contract signature, followed by the corrective warranty period specified in the RFP. Evaluation Criteria Technical Proposal: 80% Financial Proposal: 20% Only Technical Proposals achieving a minimum score of 75/100 will proceed to financial evaluation. Proposal Submission Candidates must submit two clearly separated files: Technical Proposal, including methodology, team/CVs, portfolio and required supporting documentation. Financial Proposal, submitted separately in EUR. Financial information must not appear in the Technical Proposal.
