The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of A Sports And Recreational Area In The Town Of Sułkowice, Including The Construction Of A Straight Track With Hardening Of The Area And The Construction Of Cable Ducting Along With The Delivery And Installation Of Small Architecture Elements. The Investment Envisages Organizing And Supplementing The Existing Sports Infrastructure By Constructing New Communication Routes And Sports Surfaces, Improving The Functionality And Accessibility Of The Area For Users.2. The Planned Development Of The Area Is Aimed At Creating A Functional And Orderly Sports And Recreation Space Serving Residents And Users Of The Nearby Educational And Sports Infrastructure. The Investment Is Surrounded By Educational Infrastructure Buildings And Public Service Buildings Along With The Existing School Pitch And The Pitch Of The Gościbia Sułkowice Sports Club. The Investment Includes, Among Others: Preparatory And Earthworks, Hardening Of The Area In Accordance With The Designed Geometry, Construction Of A Straight Running Track With A Designed Sports Surface, Construction Of Cable Ducting, Delivery And Installation Of Small Architecture Elements, Finishing Works And Tidying Up The Area After The Works Are Completed.3. Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Contract In Terms Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities Specified By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Contract Implementation, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended) Cover The Following Types Of Activities: The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Basic Technical Activities Or Construction Works During The Execution Of The Order, Qualified As Manual Workers (I.E. Persons Dealing With The Operation Of Equipment Construction, Persons Performing Physical Work) With The Exception Of Persons Performing Independent Technical Functions In Construction, Pursuant To Art. 12 Et Seq. Construction Law. During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Perform Inspection Activities Towards The Contractor Regarding The Fulfillment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of The Requirement To Employ Persons Performing The Above-Mentioned Activities On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship. The Ordering Party Is Entitled In Particular To: A) Request Declarations And Documents Confirming Compliance With The Above-Mentioned Requirements.
