The Task Includes The Execution Of Earthworks And Road Works Related To The Construction And Widening Of The Road Surface Along With The Construction Of Roadsides, Topsoiling Of Slopes And The Execution Of All Accompanying Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Applicable Standards And Technical Conditions On Plot No. 270/2 Located Within The Geodetic Area Of Sławutowo, With A Road Length Of 460.8 M And A Width Of 3 M To 5 M. 3. Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In Annex No. 6 Of The Swz Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz) And Annex No. 6.1 To The Swz Technical Documentation. 4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Whose Offer Is Selected As The Most Advantageous Has Civil Liability Insurance For Personal And Property Damage Caused To Third Parties In The Scope Of Business Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order, For An Amount Not Less Than Pln 300,000.00 (In Words: Three Hundred Thousand Zlotys).5. The Contractor Will Provide At Least A 36-Month Warranty For The Construction Works Performed.
