1. The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work Entitled: Modernization Of The Orlik Sports Field At The Maritime School Complex In Darłowo.2. As Part Of The Task, It Is Planned To Replace The Pitch Fencing With Reinforced Panel Ones And Replace The Ball Catchers, Along With Preparatory Work (E.G. Demolition, Etc.) And Clean-Up Work After The Completion Of The Task. The Scope Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Order Documents (Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior)), Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Contract. The Attached Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature Only And Serves To Facilitate The Calculation Of The Offer Price. 3. Common Procurement Vocabulary Cpv:45212221-1 - Construction Works Related To Facilities In The Sports Area.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Dividing The Order Into Parts Would Cause Organizational And Technical Difficulties As Well As Problems Related To Providing A Guarantee For The Entire Task.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers Or Offers In The Form Of Electronic Catalogues.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 And 8 Of The Public Procurement Law.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Properly Secure The Work Site Throughout The Entire Order Execution Period, In Particular To Prevent Access By Unauthorized Persons, Use Appropriate Markings And - If Necessary - Implement Temporary Fencing Or Other Security Measures In Accordance With Applicable Law And Occupational Health And Safety Rules, 2) Prepare And Maintain The Site And Construction Facilities, And In Particular Supervise It, 3) Liquidate The Construction Site At Its Own Expense And Restore The Area To A Proper Condition, 4) Carry Out Works In Places Adjacent To The Existing Development With Particular Care, 5) Carrying Out The Works In Such A Way That There Is No Damage To Facilities And Infrastructure Located On The Construction Site That Are Not Subject To Reconstruction And Located Outside The Construction Site. In The Event Of Damage To These Facilities Or Infrastructure, The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair The Damage Or Restore These Facilities Or Infrastructure,6) Organize The Construction Site In Accordance With The Requirements Of Proper Waste Management And In A Way That Ensures Protection Of Atmospheric Air Against Pollution, Including By Using Efficient And Properly Operated Equipment And The Least Acoustically Burdensome Technology For Carrying Out The Works,7) Management Of Construction Waste In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations.8.
