The Subject Of The Tender Is The Selection Of A Contractor Who Will Perform Construction Works For The Ordering Party Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 1647K Gronków - Bukowina Tatrzańska From Km 5+704.00 To Km 6+655.00 In The Towns Of Groń And Leśnica.2. The Works Subject To This Order Will Be Carried Out In The Scope Of Reconstruction Of A Road With A Total Length Of 0.951 Km, Including: 1) Reconstruction Of The Road With A Bituminous Surface With A Basic Lane Width Of 2.75 M - Road Width 5.50 M + Additional Widenings; 2) Construction Of A Right-Side Sidewalk Made Of Concrete Cubes With A Basic Width Of 2.10 M With Local Narrowing Due To Difficult Conditions To A Width Of Not Less Than 1.00 M;3) Construction Of 1.00M Wide Dirt Roadsides;4) Reinforcement Of The Road Body With Prefabricated L Elements And Prefabricated Concrete Palisades;5) Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage Network;6) Construction Of A Protective Pipeline For The Cable Supplying Street Lighting And Development Of Foundations For Lighting Lanterns;7) Reconstruction Of Existing Exits;8) Felling Of Trees And Shrubs Colliding With The Investment In Question;9) Demolition Colliding Fences Located In The Existing Road; 10) Construction Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings And Road Safety Devices; In Accordance With The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, In Accordance With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb, Constituting Annex No. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform: 11) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation In The Form Of A Brochure Of The Evaluation Report Referred To In Art. 57 Of The Construction Law, Including An As-Built Geodetic Inventory With A Clause Of Admission To The State Geodetic Resource.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Supervision By The Owner Of The Orange Polska Telecommunications Network.4. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Contractor, Before Commencing The Works Covered By The Order, Is Obliged To: 1) Prepare On Its Own A Traffic Organization Project For The Duration Of The Works And Submit It For Approval To The Tatra Starosta, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of September 23, 2003 On Detailed Conditions For Road Traffic Management And Supervision Over This Management (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 784). The Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of Construction, In Addition To Marking The Necessary Detours And The Work Site, Should Include A Solution Ensuring Pedestrian Traffic (Transport) In The Area Of ​​The Rebuilt Facility; 2) Marking And Securing The Works For The Duration Of The Works (According To The Traffic Organization Design Developed By The Contractor Specified Above, Agreed And Approved In Accordance With Applicable Regulations), Along With The Ongoing Maintenance Of This Signage And Its Removal After The Completion Of The Work
