The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Two Sections Of District Roads Located In The Narew Commune Using The Method Of Triple Surface Consolidation Of The Road Surface With Emulsion And Grit. 2. As Part Of This Task, It Is Planned To Carry Out: - Measurement And Preparatory Works - Construction Of The Substructure - A Road With A Bituminous Surface, 5.50 M Wide - Construction Of Both-Sided Roadsides Made Of Natural Aggregate3. The Following Tasks Are Envisaged As Part Of This Order: A) Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 1631B Saki - Trześcianka, Narew Commune, Hajnówka County, B) Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 1630B Ogrodniki - Białki, Narew Commune, Hajnówka County. The Road Sections Are Indicated In The Attached Drawings. For The Implementation Of Each Of The Above. Tasks, The Contractor Will Issue A Separate Invoice.4. The Works Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Technical Documentation Including Drawings, Bills Of Quantities And Cost Estimates, Constituting An Integral Part Of These Terms Of Reference, As Well As In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Conditions Established By The Competent Authorities In Issued Decisions And Permits, And In Particular In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law And The Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis.5. The Materials Provided By The Contractor Should Meet The Quality Requirements Of Products Approved For Marketing And Use In Construction In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Construction Law.6. The Ordering Party Informs That The Bill Of Quantities And Cost Estimates Provided Are Only Intended To Help Contractors Calculate The Offer Price, And Therefore Will Not Have Any Influence On The Course Of The Construction Process Or The Amount Of The Contractual Remuneration Determined By The Lump-Sum Offer Price. 7.
