The Subject Of The Order Is - In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities And The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - The Renovation Of District Road No. 2940S In Rudziniec On A Section With A Total Length Of 1,286 M From The Intersection With District Road No. 2918S Beyond The Exit Leading To The Rudziniec Wood Depot (Behind The Administrative Headquarters Of The Rudziniec Forest District). 2. For Purely Organizational Reasons And Due To The Agreement No. Sa.271.12.2026 Concluded With The Rudziniec Forest District, The Ordering Party Separates Two Separate Sections As Part Of The Order, Subject To Separate Acceptance And Invoicing, I.E. A) Section No. 1 With A Length Of 186 M From The Intersection With The District Road No. 2918S To The End Of The Built-Up Area In Rudziniec B) Section No. 2 With A Length Of 1100 Meter From The End Of The Built-Up Area Of The Town Of Rudziniec To Behind The Administrative Headquarters Of The Rudziniec Forest District (Behind The Exit Leading To The Rudziniec Wood Depot). 3. The Planned Scope Of Work Includes: Preparatory And Demolition Works (Making Cuts In The Surface, Mechanically Dismantling The Asphalt Concrete Surface, Milling), Execution Of The Following Layer: Binding Thickness. 6 Cm, Leveling, Abrasive 5 Cm; Re-Paving The Road Surface At Exits And Laying Curbs, Constructing A Roadbed Along With Removing Soil And Installing Reclaimed Asphalt Into The Roadside. 10 Cm Along With Two Sprinklings Of Asphalt Emulsion And Pouring Grit, Adjustment Of Devices - 8 Pieces. 4. If, During The Works, Uninvented External Devices And Networks Are Found, The Contractor Will Secure Them And Agree On The Method Of Carrying Out Further Work With The Appropriate Operator Of The Device Or Network. 4. In The Event Of Damage To Underground Or Overhead Devices, The Contractor Undertakes To Immediately Notify The Appropriate Network Operators, Cooperate With Them In Removing The Damage And Cover The Costs Of Repairs.5. Markings For The Duration Of Works Should Be In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.
