1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Photovoltaic Micro-Installation Consisting In The Construction Of A Carport-Type Parking Shelter And The Assembly And Commissioning Of A Photovoltaic Installation With An Installed Power Of Not Less Than 49.68 Kwp And Not More Than 50.00 Kwp, Constituting The Roof Of This Shelter, Located In The Parking Lot At The Sports And Entertainment Hall In Cieszyn, At Ul. Sportowa 1.1.1 The Ordering Party Explains That This Procedure Concerns The Implementation Of A Photovoltaic Micro-Installation, While The Photovoltaic Installation Monitoring System, Hereinafter Referred To As Smpv, Is Implemented With The Participation Of A Telemetry Device Installer Selected By The Ordering Party In A Separate Procedure. 1.2 The Contractor Of The Pv Installation Is Obliged To Cooperate With The Telemetry Device Installer At The Stage Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And To Perform The Scope Necessary To Prepare The Pv Installation For Integration With Smpv.
