Development Of A Concept Design Solution For The Construction Of A Road With A Sidewalk/Pedestrian And Bicycle Path For Acceptance By The Ordering Party, Which Will Include: 1) Design Documentation With Appropriate Consents - 3 Copies, 2) Detailed Design - 3 Copies For Each Of The Involved Industries, 3) Investors Cost Estimate - 3 Copies, 4) Offer Cost Estimate - 2 Copies, 5) Bill Of Quantities - 2 Copies, 6) Permanent Traffic Organization Design And Temporary Traffic Organization Design - Approved - 3 Copies Each, 7) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works For Each Industry - 3 Copies, 8) Detailed Inventory Of Tree Cover - 2 Copies If It Is Necessary To Remove Trees And Shrubs, Together With The Decision Authorizing Their Removal,9) Water-Legal Report - 2 Copies. Together With The Decision - Water-Legal Permit, If Required, 10) Geodetic And Legal Documentation - If Required, 11) Decision On Environmental Conditions - If Required, 12) Electronic Version Of The Documentation - 2 Copies (Cd Or Dvd). 1. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractors Should Visit The Site Of The Planned Section (To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party) On The District Road No. 2028L In Ostrówek Kolonia. The On-Site Inspection/Visit Will Take Place On August 19, 2026, No Later Than 5 Days Before The Date Of Submission Of Offers. 2. The On-Site Inspection Will Be Preceded By Receiving Statements From The Contractors Representatives Confirming That The Contractors Represented By These Representatives Have Completed The On-Site Inspection. The Declaration Template Is Attached As Annex No. 7 To The Swz.3.During The On-Site Visit, The Ordering Partys Representatives Will Not Provide Explanations Of The Content Of The Swz And Other Procurement Documents.4.If The Ordering Party Requires An On-Site Visit In The Order Documents, An Offer Submitted Without Such A Visit And Without Checking The Documents Necessary For The Execution Of The Order Available On-Site At The Ordering Partys Will Be Rejected Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The New Public Procurement Law.
