A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including A List Of The Minimum Required Technical And Operational Parameters And Vehicle Equipment, Is Described In The Technical Specification Of The Vehicle Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4.3. The Vehicle Must Meet All The Requirements Specified In Annex 1 To This Swz.4.4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Submit A Completed List Of Product Parameters Along With The Offer, The Template Of Which Is Annex No. 3A To The Swz. The Indication Of The Manufacturer, Model And Declared Parameters Constitutes The Content Of The Offer.
