The Minimum Warranty Period For The Equipment Is 24 Months Or 2000 Mth, Whichever Occurs First.4. The Contractor Should Have At Least One Authorized Service Point Providing Parts Deliveries And Post-Warranty Service, Located Within 120 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters, I.E. Municipal Office In Stawiski, Plac Wolności 13/15, 18-520 Stawiski. 5. Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of The Order: A) A Brand New Backhoe Loader, Year Of Production Not Older Than 2026, B) The Vehicle Should Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations In Accordance With The Road Traffic Act, C) The Contractors Offer Price Includes All Costs Necessary To Complete The Delivery, D) The Supplier Will Train At Least Two Of The Ordering Partys Operators In The Construction And Operation Of The Backhoe Loader In The Delivery Price, E) The Contractor Will Ensure Delivery And Unloading Of The Device, As Well As Maintaining Order During Unloading, F) The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party About The Delivery Date No Later Than 3 Days Before The Planned Delivery Date, By Phone Or Via E-Mail Of The Contact Person. The Ordering Party Reserves Delivery Hours On Working Days (Monday To Friday) From: From 8:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M.,G) The Contractors Offer Price Must Include Warranty Inspections In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations, Within The Warranty Period Granted By The Contractor,H) Other Documents Required By Law Regarding The Subject Of The Order, Necessary For The Proper Use Of The Machine, E.G.: Approval, Etc.6. After Receiving The Vehicle Along With The Equipment And All Required Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate With The Ordering Party During The Registration Process.
