The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1A To The Swz.2) Nomenclature According To Cpv:3) 80500000-9 Training Services4) Any Names (Trademarks) Provided By The Ordering Party Are Exemplary, And Their Indication Is Intended To Determine The Expected Standard, And The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers In Terms Of The Prepared Description Of The Subject Of The Order.5) The Subject Of The Order Was Defined By Indicating Objective Technical And Quality Standards And Standards For Which Exemplary Trademarks May Be Indicated. 6) If The Ordering Party Refers In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, Solutions Equivalent To Those Described Are Allowed.7) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers.8) The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
