Requirements Related To The Execution Of The Order: 1) The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Offered Equipment Must Come From An Authorized Distribution Channel. 2) The Delivered Assortment Must Be Properly Packed To Prevent Damage During Delivery.3) The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivery Item Delivered By The Contractor Is: A) Brand New, Complete, Not Refurbished; B) Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Bearing No Traces Of Previous Use Or Damage, Not Displayed At Exhibitions Or Fair Events; C) In The Field Of Computer Equipment - Coming From Assembly From The Production Line - None Of The Delivery Items May Be Remanufactured;D) Complete, I.E.
