Tenders Are Invited For Services Of The Coordinator Of The Research Task In The Pacman Project: Antibody-Drug Conjugates Activated By Matrix Metalloproteinases In Personalized Therapy Of Solid Tumors

The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Of The Research Task Coordinator For The Implementation Of The Project Pacman - Antibody-Drug Conjugates Activated By Matrix Metalloproteinases In Personalized Therapy Of Solid Tumors, Financed From Public Funds From The State Budget, The Polish Science Fund, As Part Of The Virtual Research Institute Program. The Service Is Of An Expert Nature And Consists In Comprehensive Administrative, Organizational, Reporting And Financial Coordination Of The Implementation Of The Research Task Performed By The Institute Of Experimental Biology Of The Polish Academy Of Sciences As Part Of The Pacman Project. The Purpose Of The Service Is To Ensure The Correct, Timely Implementation Of The Tasks Entrusted To The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Project Documentation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Contractor Independently Organizes The Method Of Performing The Services, Taking Into Account The Project Implementation Schedule. The Ordering Party Only Specifies The Required Scope Of Services. Due To The Above, The Ordering Party Decided That The Activities Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Do Not Meet The Conditions Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code, And Therefore There Are No Grounds For Applying Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order With The Participation Of Persons Indicated In The List Of Persons Constituting An Annex To The Agreement Who Met The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure Specified In The Swz. Changing The Person Designated To Execute The Order Is Allowed Only On The Terms Specified In The Provisions Of The Agreement. A Description Of The Method Of Performing The Order Is Included In The Annex To The Swz - Draft Agreement.
