1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works For The Implementation Of The Investment Called Retrofitting The Playground In Rudniki - Fs. 2. The Subject Of The Order Concerns Only The Delivery And Assembly Of A Large Playground Set According To The Design Along With Foundations And A Safe Surface According To The Design (Manual Construction Of The Trough, Separation Geotextile, Certified Sand With Transport And Scattering) As Well As The Delivery And Assembly Of The Regulation Board. Other Elements And Works Included In The Design Documentation, Which Are Not Indicated Above, Do Not Constitute The Subject Of This Order And Are Not Subject To Execution Or Valuation By The Contractor.3. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Attached Design Documentation Together With Annexes To The Design Documentation And Annexes To The Construction Design, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And In Accordance With The Certificate Of July 29, 2026 On The Lack Of Objection To The Notification Of The Intention To Commence Construction Works.4. A Detailed Description Of The Construction Works That Are The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Other Documents Indicated In Section 3, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Taking Into Account The Limitation Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Indicated In Section 2.5. The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Are Documents Describing The Planned Investment Project, But In The Framework Of This Procedure They Are Applicable Only To The Extent Corresponding To The Elements And Works Indicated In Section 2.6. Moreover, The Contractors Obligations Related To The Execution Of The Order Are Also Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
