The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Development Of Complete Design Documentation In The Scope Of The Subject Order, Necessary To Obtain The Appropriate Administrative Decision For The Implementation Of The Task - A Building Permit Along With Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Opinions And Permits. Details Regarding The Development Of Documentation Are Included In The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract - Stage I; B) Performance Of All Construction Works, Land Development, Construction Of External Networks And Electrical, Telecommunications, Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Installations And Sanitary Installations Necessary For The Functioning Of The Subject Of The Contract Based On The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party, Together With Services Other Than Construction Works And All Necessary Works Preparatory Works (Organization, Fencing And Securing The Construction Site) Needed To Perform The Entrusted Order, Accompanying Works, In Accordance With The Detailed Guidelines Contained In The Fup, Annexes And The Performance Of All Activities Required By The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law, Together With The Preparation Of Comprehensive As-Built Documentation And Obtaining A Valid Occupancy Permit For The Ordering Party - Stage Ii.
