A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Scope Of Work, Description And Conditions Of Its Implementation Are Specified In The Documentation (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Contract Template3. Pursuant To § 17 Of The Contract Template, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have, Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract, Business Liability Insurance (Oc) For A Guarantee Sum Which Cannot Be Lower Than The Amount Constituting The Contractors Contractual Remuneration Referred To In § 9. 2 Of The Contract Template For One And All Events During The Insurance Period. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Scope Of The Policy Are Indicated In §17 Of The Contract Template. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Present The Insurance Policy Before Signing The Contract.
