1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation And Modernization Of Social And Sanitary-Hygienic Rooms Intended For Medical Rescue Teams, Located In The Administrative Building Of Spzoz In Wieluń At Szpitalna 16.2. The Aim Of The Renovation Is To Improve The Standard Of The Rooms And Adapt Them To Current Needs, Which Will Provide The Emergency Medical Systems Emergency Teams With Basic Conditions For Rest, Regeneration And Maintaining Personal Hygiene After Returning From A Rescue Operation.3. The Renovation And Modernization Of The Premises Will Involve The Design And Comprehensive Implementation Of All Renovation Works Of Office, Social And Sanitary Rooms Intended For Emergency Medical Teams In The Field Of General Construction, Sanitary And Electrical Works.4. The Renovation In Question Will Be Carried Out In One Stage In The Conditions Of A Functioning Health Care Facility, Continuously Providing Medical Services. The Contractor Must Ensure The Continuity Of Operation Of The Health Care Facility And The Smoothness Of Construction Works, And Organize All Works In Such A Way That They Do Not Threaten The Safety Of Patients And Staff And Do Not Cause Excessive Difficulties.5. Any Interruptions In Access To The Media And Other Disruptions Interfering With The Existing Facility Are Possible Only After Prior Arrangement With The Ordering Party So That They Do Not Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Spzoz In Wieluń.6. The Scope Of Work Includes The Renovation Of The Social Room And The Construction Of A Sanitary And Hygienic Room - A Complete Sanitary Facility For Rescuers And A Toilet Room Next To The Maternity School Room, As Well As A Room Intended For The Day And Night Stay Of Medical Rescue Teams According To The Design Concept Constituting An Annex To The Pfu.7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Appendix No. 8 To The Swz - Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Along With Further Attachments, Which Include Technical Drawings, Bill Of Quantities And Outlay Cost Estimate.
