The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Construction Of A Fire Alarm System In The Central Museum Of Firefighting In Mysłowice, In The Design And Build Formula1) The Order Includes The Design And Construction Of A Complete, Addressable Fire Alarm System, Hereinafter Referred To As Ssp, Intended To Ensure Full Protection Of The Complex Of Halls No. 1, 2, 3, 4 And 5 Of The Central Museum Of Firefighting In Mysłowice.2) The Completed Ssp Is To Be Complete, Operational, Configured, Launched, Tested, Documented And Ready For Use.3) The Contractor Is Responsible For Achieving The Required Functional Effect, In Particular For: A) Analysis Of The Ordering Partys Documents; B) Conducting An Inventory; C) Selection Of A Technical Solution; D) Development Of Complete Design Documentation; E) Obtaining The Required Administrative Arrangements And Decisions; F) Delivery Of Equipment And Materials; G) Performance Of Installation And Reconstruction Works; H) Configuration And Commissioning Of The Ssp;I) Execution Trials, Measurements And Tests;J) Development Of As-Built Documentation;K) Staff Training;L) Ensuring Warranty, Maintenance And Warranty Service.4) The Detailed Number, Type And Arrangement Of Devices, Cable Routes, Number Of Surveillance Loops, System Architecture, Alarm Method And Type Of Detection Will Be Determined By The Contractor In The Design Documentation.5) The Contractor Will Include In The Price All Reasonably Foreseeable Devices, Materials, Works, Services, Licenses, Software, Arrangements, Tests And Activities Necessary To Complete The Complete Ssp, Resulting From: A) Pfu; B) Documents Provided By The Ordering Party; C) Mandatory On-Site Visit; D) Legal Provisions; E) Principles Of Technical Knowledge; F) Relevant Standards; G) Manufacturers Documentation; H) Arrangements With A Fire Protection Expert.
