1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works In The Scope Of The Task Development Of The Area In Front Of A Multi-Functional Building In Ożarowice, Including: A) Demolition Works; B) Construction Of The Substructure; C) Laying Concrete Cubes On An Area Of Approx. 1,250 M2; D) Development Of The Green Area; E) Installation Of Small Architectural Elements; F) Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System; G) Construction Of A Water Supply Connection.2) The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions Of Its Implementation Are Determined By In Detail: A) Design Documentation; B) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works; C) Designed Provisions Of The Contract. The Attached Design Is An Extract From The Design Documentation Only To The Extent Related To The Subject Of This Order. The Scope Of The Order Includes Only Part Of The Development Of The Area Around The Multi-Functional Building.3) The Attached Bills Of Quantities Do Not Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Order, They Only Serve As Auxiliary Functions In The Valuation Of The Order And Are Not Binding In Any Way. The Order Should Be Valued On Your Own Based On The Design Documentation, Stwior And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.4) If The Order Documents Indicate Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Sources Or Specific Processes Characterizing Products, Materials, Solutions Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Manufacturer Or Standards And Other References Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 Or Section 3 Of The Act, They Should Be Treated As Examples, While The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Materials Or Solutions. Materials, Devices Or Solutions With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required Are Considered To Be Equivalent, And If The Minimum Parameters Have Not Been Specified, It Should Be Understood As Materials, Devices Or Solutions With Similar Parameters, Suitable For The Required Application, Including In Terms Of The Identity Of The Function, Type And Quality Of Materials And Technical Data.5) The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of The Said Evidence.6) The Ordering Party Does Not Allows The Submission Of Variant Offers.7) The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor.8) The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks.
